The Bar at The King's Head

A classic Victorian waiting room situated at Huddersfield Railway Station. Renovated and restored to its former glory by landlord Bruce Travis, uncovering an original mosaic tile floor that had long been preserved beneath beer soaked carpet by the previous proprietor.

With 11 cask lines, 7 craft keg and 20+ years in the Good Beer Guide, there is something for everybody. Its famous cask board is forever changing, apart from the staple first four wickets of Taylor’s Landlord and Golden Best, Bradfield’s Farmer’s Blonde and Small World’s Long Moor Pale. The King’s Head supports local breweries as well as a variety of great ale.
